How to cancel AI OneSearch

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > OneSearch: DeepSearch Finder > Cancel Subscription. Apple manages this subscription, so we cannot cancel it for you.

Bought on Android (Google Play)

Play Store > tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > select the app > Cancel subscription.

Bought on our website

Email support@aichat-search.com from the address you used at checkout, with "Cancel my subscription" in the subject. We cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email with the date your access ends. If your Paddle receipt includes a link to manage your subscription, you can also cancel there.

To avoid the next charge, send your request at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Not sure where you bought it?

Look for a receipt from Apple, Google or Paddle in your email. The sender tells you where to cancel.

EU/EEA and UK customers

Within 14 days of a website purchase you can withdraw from the contract.
