My search found nothing, or the wrong person
Results depend on what is public. Try the full name with a city, a different spelling, or search by phone or email instead. Common names often match several people; check the location and source of each result before relying on it.
A result about me is wrong, or I want it removed
Use Remove my information. You don’t need an account.
Is AI Search always right?
No. AI answers summarise sources and can contain mistakes. Open the listed sources to check anything important.
Cancel or get a refund
See How to cancel and our Refund Policy. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple or Google account; deleting the app does not cancel.
Restore a purchase on another device
In the app, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with and tap Restore Purchase. Website plans unlock when you sign in with your purchase email.

Report misuse or a security issue
If you believe someone is misusing the service, or you found a vulnerability, email support@aichat-search.com with "Misuse" or "Security" in the subject. Please do not post security details publicly before we have had a chance to fix them.
