Remove my information

If information about you appears in AI OneSearch results, you can ask us to remove it, correct it, or stop showing it. You don’t need an account and it is free.

What to send

• Your full name, and any other names you have used.
• The phone number, email address or city shown in the result, so we can find the right record.
• What you want: remove, correct (tell us what is wrong), or both.
• An email address where we can reach you.

Please do not send ID documents unless we ask. We only use what you send to handle the request and to keep the information from reappearing.

What happens next

• We confirm that we received your request and tell you when it is done.
• We keep a minimal record of the request so the same information is not shown again when sources refresh.

Removing information from AI OneSearch does not remove it from the original public source. To remove it everywhere, contact the website or directory where it was first published.
